Our Custom Furniture Design Process
At the initial appointment, Heritage discusses your project and capabilities within an hour, perfect for brainstorming initial concepts like furniture ideas. Subsequently, one of three actions occurs: receiving a Heritage Proposal with project details and costs valid for 30 days upon signing and deposit; scheduling an On-Site Visit for larger projects with associated fees; or starting the Design Stage for defining the project through in-person meetings. A Design Proposal is based on the project's scope, with extra charges for exceeding initial design time. Budgetary estimates align design choices with price ranges, with deposits and change orders affecting estimates. Installations require full payment upon completion, and adjustments in finish selection or additional renderings may incur extra charges.
